RECOVER Rescuer Certification

These are six-hour, hands-on lab sessions hosted privately for your group in our Simulation Lab at Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in Ithaca, NY.

Once booked, we can register your entire group for the online classes, monitor course completions, and answer any questions you have about the in-person workshop. We are committed to making certification for your team as easy as possible!

Training Details

You are responsible for attendee transportation as well as any required lodging or meals outside of the course, etc.

We will provide AV needs, instructors, hardware, software, training equipment, RACE reporting, RECOVER reporting/registration, name tags, snacks, and a meal.

The online courses afford 8.5 hours of RACE-approved CE, and the in-person Rescuer Certification lab is an additional 6 hours for a total of 14.5 RACE-approved CE credits.

Requirements

The prerequisite online courses MUST be completed before attending a Rescuer certification lab. More information about the certification process and prerequisites for attending a lab can be found here: RECOVER CPR Certification: How Certification Works.

BLS/ALS Bundle - $80 - $165 ea
BLS/ALS Recertification - $65 - $85 ea

If you book a private Rescuer Certification with us, you'll receive a 20% discount toward the online course fees and we can also manage the course registration process for your group at no extra charge.

Costs

In-person RECOVER Rescuer group certifications costs:

  • 0-8 attendees - $2000
  • 9-16 attendees - $2800
  • 17-20 attendees - $3400


In addition, each attendee must have also completed the online course requirements (paid separately!)

Training at your facility (very limited availability/capacity)

Space Requirements
- The host facility/group provides conference room space with TV or projector screen(s), name tags for all attendees and instructors, and coffee/snacks & meal arrangements.

- We can train up to ~16 attendees in a classroom space of about 600 square feet (this is the absolute minimum and is a very tight squeeze).

- For larger groups, multiple instructors running multiple certification labs simultaneously in one or more rooms, depending on the room size, are required.
